The Lounsbury Provincial Junior 1st Prelim to qualify four boys and four girls teams for the NBCA Final 8 Jr Championship was held at the TSA in Saint John 13-15 Nov 2009.

There were many curlers from the Gage Junior program playing as members of junior teams from different clubs in the province.

The Gage was represented by Team Jeans and Team Parmiter on the girls side and Team Comeau on the boys side. There were plenty of close games with many going into extra ends. At the end of the weekend two teams had curled their way into the Lounsbury Provincial Final 8s to be held in Moncton from the 27-30 Dec 2009.

Congratulations to Team Jeans for qualifying on the girls side.
